Light is as a result of the life (electromagnetic radiaton) passing through the coils of wire connected to the output or carrier of the power that comes from the electromagnetic radiation.
Light is the evidence of the electromagnetic radiation. It is an evidence that electromagneticradiaton is going through the coils of wire that connects to the output (of course, the output might be a bulb)
On the other hand, NEPA:
NEPA (National Electric Power Authority) is the former name of the organisation governing the use of electricity in Nigeria. The organisation is popular known for being dysfunctional. It was so bad that they got another interpretation to their acronym - Never Expect Power Always. 🌚

Don't worry, you'd see the reason I took time to really explain all that. Stay with me!
When God said “You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden.”
It just really meant this: We are a result of the electromagnetic radiaton. If there is no electromagnetic radiaton, there can't be LIGHT.
NEPA: Best in not supplying power. Best in doing anyhow. It is either they don't supply power at all or they turn light to toy
LIGHT would always shine because of the electromagnetic radiation running through the coils towards the output.
NEPA would always either not supply power or be very inconsistent.
LIGHT (OF THE WORLD), you ought to carry out functionality - TO SHINE!
To carry out your functionality, you have to be connected to THE ELECTROMAGNETIC RADIATION.
Without THE ELECTROMAGNETIC RADIATION, there is no LIGHT.

LIFE (electromagnetic radiaton) ×YOU = LIGHT
It is dangerous to be NEPA because if you don't shine your LIGHT or you are inconsistent with consciously walking in your reality as LIGHT, the devil is ready to levearge on that and instead of you to still be LIGHT (God's child), the matters become worse and you become PHCN.
In clearer terms, you can't be a burning and shining light if you are not connected to the electromagnetic radiation (God) and if you are not Light, you are definitely NEPA -being inconsistent with shining your Light and if it continues like that, matters become wesser and there is every possibility you become PHCN.
LIGHT? NEPA? OR EVEN PHCN?
Choose to be LIGHT! You'd be glad you did!
